Mother's Day Brunch for the Lady of the Day!

In collaboration with his kitchen team, Chef Martinez has prepared an elegant menu for the occasion. His focus is on executing culinary events that bring the integrity of ingredients to life. As such, Chef Victor combines classically-trained French techniques and an ideology that emphasizes local sourcing to create memorable experiences for guests. Examples of offerings at Mother’s Day Brunch 2019 include: a balsamic marinated beef sirloin station; a seafood on ice display complete with tiger shrimp cocktail, east coast oyster and assorted sushi rolls; a crab cake station with pineapple salsa, harissa aioli, tarragon crème fraiche, tahini, and salsa verde; chicken coq au vin; truffle potatoes with bechamel and grated parmigiana; acai bowls; granola crusted French toast and a Leige waffle station; a kids buffet, an indulgent dessert table and much, much more.
